Same day shipping applies to all purchases on 2USB that provide instant payment placed prior to 23:00, Monday through Friday. Subject to availability in the central warehouse.
Depending on where you are located, departure from our warehouse may be earlier in the day. For instance, Shipments to Germany leave at 16:00 while shipments to the UK depart daily at 14:00.
Every product will tell you the expected ship date.
We ship to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and United Kingdom.
Shipping costs are adjusted regularly to reflect actual cost to us. Please check your shopping cart to find the current amount.
Registered companies outside the Netherlands are welcome to shop at 2USB excluding VAT.
If you own a registered company, located in one of the European countries we ship to, please provide us with a valid VAT number -excluding the country code- upon registration. We'll ship using the export tariff that excludes the Dutch VAT.

At 2USB your private details are truly private.
At 2USB you are entitled to a no-questions-asked return with refund within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Alle our products are checked with a stringent quality control process. Having said that, should you receive and item that is defective in any way, we will make every effort to minimize any further inconvenience.
All prices at 2USB are in euro's and include 21% Dutch VAT. Our prices are in correspondence with the suggested retail prices as recommended by the brands we represent.
We offer a fair price for high service and charge no fees for the payment method of your choice.

We do charge a small shipping fee, which is at the level we pay for our international shipping.
If you prefer to take care of shipping we can accommodate that as well.

We take every complaint very seriously and our management team will respond personally within 24 hours. Are you not satisfied with our solution of your complaint? Then you can contact the [ODR] (https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show). This is the European platform for dispute resolution. Any complaint is normally treated within 90 days.
To view your orders and / or to make changes to your order, you can check your Order History by logging into your account.
Orders that you have placed will be confirmed with a confirmation send via e-mail. Included in the confirmation is your order number. You will need this reference number if you wish to return or exchange any items. When you contact 2USB, make sure you have your order number on hand.
